The compliance role within the system grants users access to the compliance section of the platform, where searches can be conducted to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards. By conducting searches, users in this role contribute to the organization's overall compliance efforts and promote a culture of accountability and transparency.
Responsibilities:
Access Compliance Section: Utilize authorized access to the compliance section to conduct searches and investigations related to flagged events or compliance issues.
Search and Analysis: Conduct searches to identify past conversations related to specific keywords, topics, or flagged events. Analyze conversation transcripts to identify any compliance issues or irregularities.
