Dashboard Elements

A dashboard element can be configured to specific Time Frames, Agents or Scanners. Each element has unique functionalities.

Each Element starts with 1 of 4 types:

• Top (List of the top items from the query)

• Charts and Graphs

• Total (Change over time periods)

• Map (Locations of conversations globally)
