Personal Data

You have the option to download a copy of your personal data stored on the platform or to delete it permanently.

Follow these steps to manage your personal data:

  1. Access Your Profile: Log in to your account and navigate to your profile. You can do this by clicking on your profile icon or name, usually located in the lower-left corner of the screen.

  2. Click on 'Manage': Once you've opened the menu, find and click on the option labeled 'Manage'. This action will direct you to the profile management page.

  3. Locate Data Management Options: Once you're on your profile page, look for the menu options. Click on the option labeled 'Personal Data'. This action will direct you to the personal data management section.

  4. Download Personal Data:

    • Click on 'Download': Select the option labeled 'Download.' This action will initiate the process of compiling your personal data into a downloadable file.

    • Follow Prompts: Follow any on-screen prompts or instructions to confirm your request and specify any preferences for the downloaded data format.

    • Download File: Once the data compilation process is complete, you'll be provided with a link or notification to download the file containing your personal data.

  5. Delete Personal Data:

    • Click on 'Delete': Select the option labeled 'Delete.' This action will prompt you to confirm your decision to delete your personal data.

    • Confirm Deletion: Follow any additional prompts or instructions to confirm the deletion request. Be aware that this action is irreversible and will permanently delete your personal data from the system.

Important Note: Before deleting your personal data, please ensure that you have downloaded any necessary information you wish to retain. Once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
