Onboarding Check List
Onboarding Checklist
If you require a mutual non-disclosure agreement, please request one at least a week before the onboarding meeting.
You should select one or preferably two people to be administrators at your company to attend the onboarding meeting. You probably want to have at least one user attend the onboarding meeting.
If you already have an Open AI key, you should have it ready for the meeting. Make sure there is a credit card associated with your Open AI key and you have quota remaining.
It will be important to make sure your Open AI account, and any other account you are using, has a dollar limit attached to it, to prevent unusually large charges in a runaway scenario.
You will need a credit card to create a free trial for your company. We will not charge you until the trial is over.
You will see and accept a software license agreement that includes limits to our liability.
If you require an internal or Azure deployment, please let us know in advance as that is a longer process and requires custom pricing, including a one-time onboarding fee and a monthly maintenance fee.
We will also sign a standard Master Service Agreement before an internal or Azure deployment.
