# Adding a User to the Compliance Role
This section provides step-by-step instructions for adding a user to the compliance role within your company.
**Adding a User to the Compliance Role:**
To add a user to the compliance role in our application, follow these step
1. **Navigating to the Users Section:**
* Log in to the admin panel using your credentials.
* Look for the "Manage Users" tab in the menu bar or navigation panel.
* Click on the "Manage Users" tab to access the users' section.
2. **Viewing Users:**
* Upon accessing the user's section, you will be presented with a list of users registered in the system.
* The list may include user details such as email addresses and first and last names.
3. **Filtering Users:**
* Use the search option to narrow down the list of users based on specific criteria such as email address, first name, or last name.
4. **Viewing User Details:**

* Locate the 'Roles' section and check the box labeled 'Is Compliance'.
* Click the save button and exit the user panel to save the changes.

**Note:** Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to access and manage user roles. Exercise caution when performing actions that affect user accounts to avoid unintended consequences.

* **Company Admin Privileges**: Please note that only users with company admin privileges can access the admin panel and manage user roles.
