Adding a User to the Compliance Role

This section provides step-by-step instructions for adding a user to the compliance role within your company.

Adding a User to the Compliance Role:

To add a user to the compliance role in our application, follow these step

1. Navigating to the Users Section:

   • Log in to the admin panel using your credentials.

   • Look for the "Manage Users" tab in the menu bar or navigation panel.

   • Click on the "Manage Users" tab to access the users' section.

     
2. Viewing Users:

   • Upon accessing the user's section, you will be presented with a list of users registered in the system.

   • The list may include user details such as email addresses and first and last names.

     
3. Filtering Users:

   • Use the search option to narrow down the list of users based on specific criteria such as email address, first name, or last name.

     
4. Viewing User Details:

• Click on the user to view detailed information in the user panel.

• Locate the 'Roles' section and check the box labeled 'Is Compliance'.

• Click the save button and exit the user panel to save the changes.

Note: Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to access and manage user roles. Exercise caution when performing actions that affect user accounts to avoid unintended consequences.
