Accessing Your Profile

To access your profile, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Menu: Locate the menu in the lower-left corner of the screen. It typically appears as an icon with the user's initials followed by the name.

  2. Click on 'Manage': Once you've opened the menu, find and click on the option labeled 'Manage'. This action will direct you to the profile management page.

Here's what you can do on this page:

  1. Edit Personal Information: You can update your phone number and name directly from this page. Simply locate the respective fields and make the desired changes.

  2. Reset Password: If you need to change your password for security reasons or if you've forgotten it, you can initiate a password reset from this page. Follow the prompts to set a new password securely.

  3. Manage External Logins: This section allows you to connect or disconnect external accounts, such as Microsoft accounts, for easy login.

  4. Set Up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Enhance the security of your account by enabling two-factor authentication. This additional layer of security helps protect your account from unauthorized access.

  5. Download or Delete Personal Data: You have the option to download a copy of your personal data stored on the platform for your records. Additionally, if you wish to permanently remove your data from the system, you can initiate the deletion process from this page.
