Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Follow these steps to enable 2FA:

1. Access Your Profile: Log in to your account and navigate to your profile. You can do this by clicking on your profile icon or name, usually located in the lower-left corner of the screen.

2. Click on 'Manage': Once you've opened the menu, find and click on the option labeled 'Manage'. This action will direct you to the profile management page.

3. Set Up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Once you're on your profile page, look for the menu options. Click on the option labeled 'Two-Factor Authorization'. This action will direct you to the two-factor authorization management section.

   • Select 2FA Method: Click on 'Add Authenticator' and choose your preferred method for receiving authentication codes. Options typically include Microsoft or Google's Authenticator app.

   • Follow Setup Instructions: Depending on the selected method, you may need to follow specific setup instructions provided by the system or app. This could involve scanning a QR code, entering a verification code, or configuring settings.

   • Verify Setup: Once you've completed the setup process, the system may prompt you to verify your setup by entering a code sent to your selected authentication method.

4. Save Changes: After successfully setting up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), make sure to save the changes by clicking 'Verify'. This action will activate 2FA for your account.

Important Note: Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring a secondary form of verification in addition to your password. This helps protect your account from unauthorized access, even if your password is compromised.
